This Payment Confirmation Form is intended exclusively for clients enrolled in the Quabuy Ghana Installment Plan who have chosen to make their payments in person at our office. It serves as an official record of payment and ensures that all transactions are properly verified and acknowledged by our Installment Officers.
When a walk-in client makes a payment toward their installment balance, our staff will use this form to document the transaction, verify payment details, and initiate the internal confirmation process. This helps maintain transparency, accuracy, and up-to-date records for both the client and the company.
After the payment is successfully processed and confirmed by our Installment Officer, the client will receive a confirmation message from Quabuy Ghana. This message serves as a written acknowledgment that the payment has been received and deposited into the client’s active installment account. In addition, the client will receive an SMS alert detailing their updated payment status, including the total amount paid to date and the outstanding balance remaining on their product or service.
We kindly ask our valued clients to review this SMS carefully once received. Should there be any discrepancies, uncertainties, or concerns related to the payment, clients are encouraged to promptly reach out to their assigned Installment Officer. This can be done through a WhatsApp message, phone call, or a follow-up visit to our office.
