Eligibility for RefundTo qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Valid proof of transaction must be provided.
- Final sale items are not eligible for a refund.
- A Refund Code must be obtained from one of our authorized team members to begin the refund process.
Refund Processing TimelineRefunds are processed based on the type of transaction:
- Deal of the Day: 7 – 14 banking days
- Special Order Promo: 22 – 30 banking days
- Wrong Transaction: 12 – 24 banking days
- Declined Purchase: 20 – 30 banking days (subject to sale of product)
- Repair Refund: 7 – 14 banking days
- Installment Purchase: 30 – 50 banking days (subject to fund transfer)
