I understand that it is a fundamental business principle to submit the preorder receipts issued by your sales team. However, due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to fulfill this requirement.
Therefore, I kindly request that the official new receipt issued for the received product be considered as the sole receipt that establishes the business relationship between myself and QuaBuy Ghana, with reference to the said product.
